Description:As I went around a turn (low speed), the truck lost power steering for about a half of a second. It came back online right away, but caused me to take the turn poorly. At the same time, the engine shut down and all of the lights on the dash went out. I stopped the vehicle, put it in park and restarted the vehicle. Everything then worked as if nothing was wrong. There are not any warning lights. It was as if someone simply turned off the ignition for a minute.
